Sultan 3rd Week Box Office Collection: Sultan collections have had a magnificent run through this 3 week run. From an extended weekend booster shot to a fantastic opening weekend and thereafter a top first week, Sultan box office collections have been on a virtually permanent high. Take a look at Sultan collection report for the third week.
Sultan has a good run in the third week. Sultan 3rd week collection will be around 15.84 crore. The new releases Kabali and Madaari dominated the screen space, however, could not affect much Sultan collection. Irrfan Khan's Madaari has a low opening week of under 15 crore and it unlikely to collect much in the second week. Rajinikanth's Kabali has a decent first week of around 27-28 crore and can emerge as an average grosser.
Sultan was one of the highly anticipated films and also witness a rising trend in its extended weekend. Sultan collection is higher than Salman Khan's last release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and lower than Bajrangi Bhaijaan. But the industry is definitely pleased as the year 2016 has not been the best on record and Sultan has come as a rescue for the distributors.
Sultan box office collection in 23 days currently stands at 293.80 crore. The film has so far minted Rs. 560 crore from its worldwide box office (overseas until its third weekend). The film also had a good run at the overseas box office. In 17 days, Sultan collection stands at 151 crore from the overseas box office and minted good amount of money from the international market.
On its fourth Friday, the film is going to face competition from Dishoom which is getting a wide release. Sultan 4th week screen count is approximately 370 screens. The main dominated circuits are in UP, East Punjab and Rajasthan. The shows are allotted in non-prime time mostly.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar the film features Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh in the lead roles.
