Singh Is Bling Box Office Opening Day 1

Singh Is Bling Box Office Opening Friday:

2015 has proven to be an average one for Bollywood. There have been only two blockbuster films Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. While there have been too many disappointments like Brothers, Tevar etc.

Now all eyes are now on today’s release Akshay Kumar starrer Singh Is Bling which is one of the biggest and much awaited release of 2015.

Singh Is Bling was released today in around 3500 screens. The early trends suggest that film has taken a very strong opening.

Singh Is Bling Morning Shows Report:

The occupancy in the morning shows was around 70-75% in North India. As expected the opening was better in single screens. On the other hand multiplexes were also good. The film is running like a riot in Delhi and East Punjab with houseful at most of places. But the Mumbai circuit is below average so far with just 40% occupancy.

The opening is best for any Akshay Kumar starrer. The big holiday of Gandhi Jayanti has given a huge boost to the film. The film is sure to cross 20 crore on its opening day. But the mumbai circuit has to pick up its pace.

Singh Is Bling Noon Shows Report:

Singh Is Bling has set the box office on fire in North India. As per the reports coming the occupancy is now ranging from 75-80%. At many places people are not able to get the tickets. Evening shows will be houseful everywhere from East Punjab, Delhi and UP. While Mumbai has not shown much growth as for now. Overall it is all set to record second highest opening day of 2015.

Singh Is Bling 1st Day 1st Show Collections:

Jodhpur: 166,600
Bikaner: 81,001
Total: 247,601

Singh Is Bling Evening Shows Report:

The film is running housefull in Delhi in the evening shows. East Punjab has also 90% occupancy. But the major concern is the Mumbai circuit. Though it has picked up well but the damage has already been done. In West Bengal, film has got few screens which ensured high occupancy but collections will be low.

Going by the early trends, it seems that Singh Is Bling 1st day collection can be around 18-19 crore and it can go further higher depending upon night shows.

The early response is good as most of the people has enjoyed the film. We will continue to update this page throughout the day with latest reports. We will also post collections from some circuits soon. So bookmark this page and keep visiting.

  2. dear bolly team i think u and ur team bif fan of shahrukh khan is thats true bcoz every of ur artical to favours shahrukh khan thats what i feel

  3. If you notice then until 2012 Akshay Kumar was the third highest grossing actor after Ammir and Salman. Then in 2013 SRK suddenly grossed 200+ crores with chennai express then Hritik crossed Akshay then Ranbir crossed him in box office and now even a women oriented film like Tanu weds Manu returns touched 150cr but Akshay's highest grossing film is still rowdy Rathore why so? We know he has a huge fan following so what's lacking? Is it because he isn't promoting his films enough or because the audience doesn't miss him cause he comes so frequently. People have crossed the 300cr mark don't u think its high time for Akshay to atleast cross the 150cr o 200c mark. It's just sad...! He has not given a 20cr plus opener also... :(( what are your views. How can u gain back his box office power...? Will this change with Singh is Bling..? Please reply
