Salman Khan pleads innocence in 1998 Arms Act case

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has left the court after recording a statement in 1998 Arms Act in Jodhpur Court. Khan has been booked under the act in 1998 infamous Black Buck poaching incident that happened during the shooting of 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.

Dabban Khan has pleaded innocence and has told the court that he's being framed. The Court had dismissed an application from Salman’s counsel last to re-examine the then collector Rajat Mishra. Salman left from Mumbai in the early hours of Thursday to reach Jodhpur on time.

Salman is alleged to have used an illegal weapon to shoot down black bucks at Kankani village. Sources say if found guilty, Salman Khan could face 3 to 5 years of imprisonment.
