Synopsis:
The trailer begins with Gaurav Arora and Kriti Kharbanda at a beautiful house in Romania. The only trouble is that it seems to be haunted and the couple cannot move because the company has already paid six months security for the eerie place. With the glimpse of a dead raven, the trailer hints at the existence of a vampire in the film who may or may not be Emraan Hashmi. He desperately wants to help because he is in love with Kriti’s character.

If you are a fan of The Conjuring or Paranormal Activity, this trailer will not make you feel scared. Instead, it looks unintentionally funny. There is practically nothing new in the trailer as the concept of a haunted house is too cliched. Emraan's dialogue delivery was over dramatic and Kriti Kharbanda fails to impress either. The VFX looks average however the music seems to be promising.
The trailer is a letdown. Even the previous installments have much better promos. The question is if the trailer fails to scare you then how the film can?
These days the trailer plays the most important part when it comes to opening. A recent example is Hrithik Roshan's Mohenjo Daro. Raaz Reboot has failed to tick that mark. Emraan Hashmi is also going through the worst phase of his career. The film also does not have any well-known actress. Bipasha Basu could have been a better choice as the female lead.
However, Raaz is a successful franchise so far. There will be a curiosity among the masses to see its fourth installment. The music can help to increase the buzz. Before the trailer, Raaz Reboot was considered to be first 100 crore horror film. The huge success of The Conjuring 2 in India raised the bar further. But the trailer of RR seems to be a disappointment. It will be interesting to see the promotional strategy of the film now.

For Rustom i predicted 105 cr now Indicine nd Bolly arena predicts also around it.
I predicted 15 cr opening for Dhoni now bolly arena also predicts around it.

Raaz 4 trailer looks good... But expected much more.. But not a huge disappointment like MD.
I think the dont want to spoil d scary scenes... All in all abv avg to good trailer.

Bolly Arena.. I have a question.. Are you copying Indicine or are they copying you... Both of u have exact same prediction and let me tell you. The opening would be better than 7.2 for sure..

Bcz its releasing on pre diwali period nd most importantly its also clashing with big film ( ADHM).
I think the total collection of Shivaay nd ADHM will be around 28cr in opening day(23- 32cr).
