Box Office Occupancy Report:
Naam Shabana has recorded occupancy in the range of 15% in the morning shows in all over India. The start is better at premium multiplexes in Mumbai, Pune but even there it is not up to the mark. North has opened low despite the fact that it has Akshay Kumar's name to its credits. Otherwise it could have been worse.
The start is slow and it will be tough battle for Naam Shabana in the coming days too. As Akshay Kumar's presence may have helped the film in the morning shows but it will later completely depend on the word of mouth. The early reviews were mixed and the audience response might turn out to be the same as it is not a commercial film.
Only plus is that budget is on the lower side. But the makers had sold the film in higher price than actually it deserved which will make recovery difficult. It already looks like that product is average when makers were adding recreated party songs to the film.
Bollywood continues to struggle for initials as only two films have opened on the positive notes this year.

Critics are Critics and lean in numbers but the audience response and word of mouth really positive and will certainly grow further in the evening and night today and weekend seems to be good as per the genre of the movie.
Tapsee is a revelation for such movie akshay has only 10-15 minutes total presence and gives an additional charm to the movie. Manoj is awesome as usual rest cast are very supportive. Prithviraj shines in a negative role.

watched it today.. if u liked baby.. thn this movie is about 60-70% as good as baby..
everybody acted so beautifully including prithviraj who was slammed critically.. but these idiots are meant to rate movies like dilwale, HNY and blah blah..
i would have liked more twists and turns to give this a 4...i still go with a decent 3..
