Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 3 is now Bollywood's third highest box office grosser of 2016 behind only Airlift and Fan. According to the official figures Housefull 3 7th day box office collection is 5.22 crore.
The film has a limited drop in the morning and noon shows. The multiplexes were solid while single screens are doing okay. The overall occupancy was 20%. Delhi, Punjab and Rajasthan are still going super strong having the best hold. While Central India has done decent business as well. Housefull 3 7th day collection has been good as it did not drop much. Housefull 3 collection were affected due to the start of Ramazan and had considerable drops in mass centers but still it is very much in the respectable range as ticket prices are also down.
Housefull 3 box office collection in 7 days will be around 80 crore. Housefull 3 1st week box office collection is the second highest of this year behind only Airlift. It is also the second highest for any Akshay Kumar starrer. The film is all set to enter into 100 crore club. It is 5th film of Akshay Kumar to do so. Now the second weekend has become all important as it will determine that where this film is landing. The multiplexes have been strong on weekdays and may continue to do so. Housefull 3 is now in profit zone as it has recovered all of its cost. This, in turn, has lifted the share price of Eros over the past few trading sessions.
This Friday TE3N, Do Lafzon Ki Kahani and some small films will release which will have little effect on Housefull 3 collection.
