Dangal continues to create records in its box office journey. The film has now recorded the 2nd highest 1st week collection of all time.
The record is still held by Salman Khan's Sultan. That film had five days extended Eid weekend which helped it but the collections fell on Monday. Though Dangal has released in Christmas period which is considered the best for collections.
Dangal has replaced Ekk Tha Tiger and now Salman has four films in the list while Aamir has three and all of them in top 5. SRK has last two films to his name while Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 3 is the only non-Khan starrer film in the list.

Bollyarena i am muslim and i know how eid has value in india mostly colleges and offices closed only one day and sometimes kota like Institutes running their classes on eid day how can you say its, 5 day weekend has advantage of eid. eid is only 1 day in india so clear your mind
