Hebbuli 1st Day Box Office Collection: Kiccha Sudeep's latest Kanada film Hebbuli has set an all time record opening record. The film which was released on Thursday has grossed around 6.50 crore on the first day.
Hebbuli was released in 400 screens in Bengalore. The film registered over 90 percent occupancy on its opening day. To meet the unprecedented demand for tickets, multiplexes and single screens held special shows for the release day. Midnight shows were organised in northern Karnataka and in Bengaluru, single screens had early morning shows at 4 am.
The movie is estimated to be made with a budget of above 20 cr. With passage of time, regional movies are offering strong competition to Bollywood.
