Captain America: Civil War, which released on May 6, has received an immense response from the Indian audiences and is all set to have a good run at the box office. The action superhero film Captain America Civil War has done well on Sunday. The English version has shown huge growth on Sunday.
Captain America Civil War box office collection on 3rd day will be in the range of 9.80 crore. It takes its opening weekend total to 27 crores. It has recorded the 5th highest opening weekend of 2016 beating all Bollywood films of 2016 except Airlift, Fan and Baaghi.
With the positive word of mouth is translating into box office collections, the film is targeting 50 crore plus. Globally, Civil War is expected to reach $678 million this weekend. Deadline says a $1 billion worldwide take is "definitely within shot." By comparison, the last Captain America movie, Winter Soldier, made around $700 million worldwide.
