Badrinath Ki Dulhania has done very well in India as well as in the overseas markets. After the opening weekend, Badrinath Ki Dulhania worldwide collection stands at 78 crore.
The film has collected in $2.82 million (18.71 cr) in overseas. BKD has beaten other biggies like Jolly LLB 2 and Kaabil in many territories. It is also Varun Dhawan's highest opening weekend grosser. Though Dilwale grossed much higher but that was mainly due to the presence of Shahrukh Khan.
Dharma films tend to perform well in overseas and the presence of Alia Bhatt also helped it. The worldwide collection is also highest ever for any Varun Dhawan starrer.
